Our management team has over 75 years of combined experience in IT and management consulting.
Mark focuses on the business value of technology. He combines his expertise in IT implementations, business strategy, and financial analysis to create business value messaging for use by sales and marketing teams for technology organizations.
Mark helps define how products and services can help achieve cost savings, enhance revenue, and improve productivity. He is an expert in taking technology capabilities and helping CIOs, CEOs, and Chief Procurement Officers understand its business value potential. He assists technology sales teams with developing business cases that include a full financial analysis of costs and benefits.
Mark has been a consultant for 25 years. With Hewitt Associates and BearingPoint, Mark helped implementing both packaged (PeopleSoft, SAP) and custom software solutions. Mark holds an MBA from Emory University and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Daryl previously worked at Navigant Consulting as co-lead of the Value Impact Analysis practice, which was spun off as Piedmont Consultants.
Prior to joining Navigant, Daryl worked on business development projects with Mirant Corporation. He was responsible for the analysis of acquisitions and new development projects. Daryl used various financial modeling techniques at Mirant to estimate returns on both short-term and long-term capital projects. He has also worked for General Electric in the power generation industry.
Daryl has an MBA from Georgia State University and received a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
Prior to joining Piedmont, Patrick worked as a lead consultant and managed professional services teams at ADERANT, marchFirst (formerly USWEB/CKS), SCT (acquired by Infor), and Accenture. During his tenure at these companies, Patrick led consultative engagements with business decision makers focused on redefining business processes to meet key performance indicators and ROI metrics. Patrick’s experience spans multiple industries and covers a diverse customer base including some of the largest companies in manufacturing, technology, professional services and financial services.
Patrick has a BA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining Piedmont Consultants, Chris worked for Ernst & Young in its Human Capital consulting practice, where he advised clients in various industries on everything from performance management systems to culture and communications strategies. Chris also founded and ran his own company, Half Full Media, which offered taxicab advertising in Knoxville, Tenn., before shuttering the business in February 2013. Finally, Chris is an experienced journalist, having worked for his alma mater’s school newspaper and several other professional publications.
Chris has a BBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, as well as a second major degree in Journalism.
Priscilla has worked with technology companies, both startup and Fortune 100, in areas ranging from enterprise software and Internet security to business consulting. Her experience has included business strategy consulting, social analytics, marketing, project management, and technical writing. With Piedmont, Priscilla produces strategic sales support and marketing content including sales playbooks, industry materials, and white papers. She has also produced over 250 case studies documenting customer experience and business results from enterprise solutions.
Priscilla has a BA and MA in English from the University of North Texas.
With over 10 years experience in the market research, telecommunications retail, and tech industries, Blake is now a consultant to leading enterprise software companies on topics of product and service commercialization such as product marketing and sales collateral. Her portfolio of work includes competitive research and creating value-based programs for a range of technology products and solutions.
Blake received her MBA from Duke University. She graduated with dual degrees in English and Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
Prior to joining Piedmont Consultants, Heather worked with technology companies primarily in the market research space. Her experience has included internal and external communications, go-to-market strategy, project management, marketing, and social media strategy. She also has boutique PR agency and client-side experience for startups and mature global businesses across both consumer and B2B markets. Her proficiency in communication and content development has been vital to leading effective PR and social media programs in a highly matrixed environment.
Heather has a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.
