Situation: Microsoft contracted Piedmont Consultants to assist with the UC launch for 2009. As part of the launch process, Microsoft wanted to showcase success stories and asked Piedmont to write 15 case studies.

As part of the case study process, Piedmont conducted interviews and determined key financial based Case studies to support the launch of UC.

Result: The complete case studies were showcased as part of the UC launch and used to drive sales and deployment of Office Communications Server 2007 and Exchange Server 2007.
